1. Summary of stainless steel embossed plate

The embossed plate process is a process that uses a specific concave-convex mold to deform a stainless steel coil under a certain pressure and then performs artistic processing on the stainless steel surface. The embossed stainless steel, that is, the stainless steel embossed sheet, presents patterns and textures of different shades on the surface, with a significant sense of engraving and layering, which enhances the cultural appeal of the stainless steel plate.

Stainless steel embossed plate is to apply convex and concave lines on the surface of the steel plate to define smoothness and aesthetics. Embossing cold rolling is cold rolled with patterned work rolls. The work rolls are usually processed with corrosive liquid. The depth of the concave and convex on the plate is different due to the pattern design, which is about 20-30μm. The embossed plate is produced by tape, and the current technology is to feed the material in a bundle. The tape with the embossed pattern is then ground into a bundle of 6K and 8K tablets into the required dimensions or distance tubes according to the requirements, and then other technical processing, such as plating other colors, etc. The general thickness of embossing is 0.5 -1.0. The main materials are 201, 304, 316L, and other stainless steel plates, and the general specifications are: 1000*2000mm, 1219*2438mm, and 1219*3048mm; it can open uncertain rulers, and can also emboss the whole bundle, with a thickness of 0.3mm~2.0mm.
