PVD (physical vapor deposition) coating, also known as thin-film coating, is a process in which a solid material is vaporized in a vacuum and deposited onto the surface of a part. These coatings are not simply metal layers though.

Water plating is a process with different special "water plating" solution, Plated parts at room temperature (15 -- 40℃), Put it in a bath bath, shake it slightly, It can be done in a relatively short time.

Advantage

PVD: Fast plating, good adhesion, no pollution ,Salt spray resistance test

Water plating:Water plated for a more vivid appearance and wear resistance better

Disadvantage

PVD:The color is not as good as water plating

Water plating:The water plating is polluted

PVD:Titanium, coffee, champagne, rose, rose, Red bronze, bronze, sapphire blue, purple, mauve,

Black titanium, emerald green, grass green, etc

Water plating: Black titanium, bronze
